I made this recipe in a cooking demo at the Fine Food Australia Sydney in 2019. As you can see this dish is so easy and quick to cook and has a unique flavour with our fermented garlic, ginger and chilli.

In this video I didn’t add any sugar but if you like you can add a little bit when you add soy sauce as per your taste.
